Simple, Transparent Pricing for Your School.

1. Purpose of the Programme

The MyEdu360 Founding Schools Programme is an introductory programme designed to bring a limited number of schools onto MyEdu360 during its early commercial growth period.

The Programme provides qualifying schools with special benefits in exchange for becoming early users of the Platform and contributing feedback that may help improve MyEdu360.

2. Limited Availability

The Programme is limited to a maximum of: 100 Founding Schools.

Once the available 100 Founding School places have been allocated, MyEdu360 may close the Programme to new applicants.

MyEdu360 may choose to reopen or introduce another programme in the future, but participation in this Programme does not guarantee eligibility for any future programme.

3. Eligibility

A school may qualify for the Programme where it:

1. is legitimately registered on MyEdu360;
2. provides accurate registration information;
3. is accepted by MyEdu360 as a Founding School;
4. joins during an applicable Founding Programme period;
5. complies with the MyEdu360 Terms & Conditions;
6. does not engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct; and
7. satisfies any additional eligibility requirements communicated by MyEdu360.

Meeting the general requirements does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

4. Founding Periods

The Programme consists of three introductory periods. The applicable dates for each period will be announced by MyEdu360.

• First Month: Eligible schools joining during the first month may receive a 50% Founding School Discount.
• Second Month: Eligible schools joining during the second month may receive a 25% Founding School Discount.
• Final Month: Eligible schools joining during the final month may receive a 10% Founding School Discount.

The discount applicable to a school is determined by the period in which the school officially qualifies for and joins the Programme.

5. The Earlier You Join, the More You Save

The Programme is intentionally structured to reward early participation.

• Month 1 → 50%
• Month 2 → 25%
• Month 3 → 10%

A school cannot claim the higher discount applicable to an earlier period if it did not qualify and join during that period.

6. Free Trial and Founding School Status

Eligible schools may start a 30-day MyEdu360 free trial without making a subscription payment.

Starting a free trial does not automatically make a school a Founding School.

To receive Founding School benefits, the school must qualify for and be accepted into the Programme during an applicable Founding Programme period.

The free trial and Founding School discount are separate benefits.

7. Founding School Discount

A qualifying Founding School receives the applicable discount on eligible termly subscription payments.

• 50% for schools qualifying during Month 1;
• 25% for schools qualifying during Month 2;
• 10% for schools qualifying during Month 3.

8. Duration of the Founding Discount

The Founding School discount applies to eligible termly subscription payments for as long as the school remains an active MyEdu360 subscriber, subject to these Founding Schools Programme Terms & Conditions.

The discount does not expire merely because the initial trial period ends.

Eligibility may cease where the school terminates its MyEdu360 subscription or loses Founding School status.

9. Pricing Bands

The Founding School discount is applied to the school's applicable subscription price.

The applicable Founding School discount is applied to the eligible subscription amount.

For example, where a school is in the 1–100 student band: ₦15,000 × 50% discount = ₦7,500.

The applicable price may change if the school's student population moves into another pricing band.

10. Student Count and Pricing Band Changes

A Founding School does not permanently lock a particular student-count pricing band.

If the school's student population changes, its applicable standard subscription band may change. The Founding School discount may then be applied to the school's new eligible subscription price.

11. What the Founding School Benefit Does Not Mean

The Founding School discount does not mean that:

• all future MyEdu360 services will be free;
• every future feature will automatically be included;
• third-party services are free;
• additional services outside the applicable subscription are free; or
• MyEdu360 will never change its standard pricing.

The benefit is specifically the applicable discount on eligible termly MyEdu360 subscription payments.

12. Available Features

Founding Schools receive access to the MyEdu360 features included in their applicable subscription.

Features described as Coming Soon, In Progress, or similar are subject to development and release.

Founding School status does not guarantee a particular future feature or release date.

13. Founding School Benefits

Subject to the applicable MyEdu360 offering, Founding Schools may receive benefits such as:

• applicable Founding School subscription discount;
• free onboarding;
• staff training;
• priority support;
• early access to selected future modules;
• opportunities to provide product feedback;
• other benefits expressly announced by MyEdu360.

14. Feedback and Product Improvement

Founding Schools may be invited to provide feedback about usability, school workflows, features, reports, dashboards, communications, finance, academic management and other aspects of MyEdu360.

Where a school provides suggestions or feedback, the school agrees that MyEdu360 may use such feedback to improve its services without creating an obligation to pay the school for the feedback.

15. Active Subscriber Requirement

To retain Founding School benefits, the school must remain an active MyEdu360 subscriber and comply with the applicable Terms.

A school may lose its Founding School status if it:

• permanently terminates its subscription;
• materially violates MyEdu360 Terms;
• engages in fraudulent activity;
• abuses the Programme;
• provides false information; or
• otherwise becomes ineligible under these Programme Terms.

16. Temporary Non-Payment

A temporary interruption caused by a legitimate payment issue does not necessarily mean that a school immediately loses its Founding School status.

MyEdu360 may provide a reasonable period for the school to resolve an outstanding payment.

Prolonged non-payment or termination of the subscription may result in loss of Founding School benefits.

17. Refunds, Reversals and Failed Payments

If a payment associated with a Founding School is refunded, reversed, cancelled, charged back or otherwise determined to be invalid, MyEdu360 may recalculate the associated subscription or Founding School benefit where necessary.

A discount does not create a right to receive cash equivalent to the discount.

18. Non-Transferability

Founding School status is generally tied to the qualifying school account and is not intended to be sold, transferred or assigned to another unrelated school.

If a school undergoes a legitimate change of ownership, merger, restructuring or similar event, MyEdu360 may determine whether Founding School status continues.

19. Existing Schools

MyEdu360 may determine whether a school that already had an active MyEdu360 account before the Programme qualifies as a Founding School.

Unless expressly approved, the Programme is primarily intended for qualifying schools joining during the designated Founding Programme period.

20. Duplicate Registrations

A school must not create multiple accounts or registrations to obtain multiple Founding School places, a higher discount, additional trials or any other Programme advantage.

MyEdu360 may identify and consolidate duplicate registrations or reject fraudulent applications.

21. Misrepresentation and Fraud

Attempts to obtain Founding School benefits through false information, duplicate accounts, impersonation, manipulation of student numbers, fraudulent payments, unauthorized use of another school's identity or other deceptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the Programme.

MyEdu360 may also suspend or terminate the associated account.

22. Programme Closure

The Programme may close when:

1. all 100 Founding School places have been allocated;
2. the announced Programme period ends;
3. MyEdu360 determines that the Programme has achieved its intended purpose; or
4. circumstances require the Programme to be modified or discontinued.

Closure of the Programme to new schools does not by itself remove the applicable Founding School discount from schools that have already validly qualified, subject to these Programme Terms.

23. No Founding School Counter

MyEdu360 may choose not to publicly display the number of remaining Founding School places.

The absence of a public counter does not mean that the 100-school limit does not apply.

MyEdu360 may communicate availability through its website, direct communication or other official channels.

24. Changes to the Programme

MyEdu360 may update administrative aspects of the Programme where reasonably necessary.

Any material change affecting an already-qualified Founding School's core discount should be communicated appropriately and handled in accordance with applicable law and the school's existing rights.

25. Relationship With MyEdu360 Terms

These Programme Terms supplement the MyEdu360 Terms & Conditions.

Founding Schools must comply with both documents.

If there is a conflict relating specifically to a Founding School benefit, these Programme Terms will govern that specific Programme matter.

For all other matters, the general MyEdu360 Terms & Conditions apply.

26. No Guarantee of Business Results

Participation in the Founding Schools Programme does not guarantee increased student enrolment, increased revenue, improved academic performance, reduced operating costs, business growth or any specific financial or educational outcome.

MyEdu360 provides technology intended to support school operations and decision-making.

27. Governing Law

These Programme Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion and reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution.

Where necessary, the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under Nigerian law may be used.

28. Acceptance

By applying for, accepting or participating in the MyEdu360 Founding Schools Programme, the school confirms that it has read, understood and agreed to these Programme Terms and the applicable MyEdu360 Terms & Conditions.
